Reproduced using a -6dB DC-offset "wave" form. Constant signal level of 0.5 and fade out happens in steps.

Fixed in 6.2-239-g7a9d4b1f64

Fade length was increased to ~1/52Hz, and unrolling shortened to 4 sample.
