Summary0008289: Muted MIDI regions still sound
DescriptionI'm encountering this randomly in Ardour 6 - I mute a MIDI region or a bunch of them and they still make sounds.

After I give up and do something else they mute themselves.

Unmuting always works, but muting can fail.

I'm atttaching a screenshot - you can see a muted MIDI region making sound.
