Summary0007052: On MIdi Import Crashes with Segmentation Fault
DescriptionImporting MIDI files that I have imported without problems in the past Ardour crashes. Not sure what has changed to make this happen now. Doesn't matter if the project file is new or old.

Starting from shell, it reads:

[1] 7212 segmentation fault (core dumped) ardour
??ozogre@ozture ~

Not sure what other printouts you'd like. Please let me know if I can supply any other information.
Steps To Reproduce1. Start a new project
2. Through the Session menu, select Import. Find the MIDI file, testing the file in the import windows playback function works fine.
3. Press Import.
4. System crashes (see description for shell output)

I can't reproduce with version 5.3(official linux 32bit), I tried importing the file you attached 10 times successfully.

If you can reproduce this with an official build then a backtrace would be useful: https://ardour.org/debugging_ardour.html

Can't reproduce either, with version 5.4 64b. The midi file loaded perfectly well.
