DescriptionWhen I install Ardour (nightly build) most of versions for Windows have the same bug. I have an error message : Error opening file for writing/ C:\Program Files\Ardour3\share\ardour\ArdourMono.ttf

well, we don't know how to address this issue properly. Various hacks come to mind (wrapper application to register/unregister fonts) but no clean solution.

The actual solution is: Don't let ardour crash in the first place.
