| Summary | 0004651: User Login creation CAPTCHA is non functional. Does not resolve anything. Keeps generating error | ||||
| Description | Tried to set up a new user ID but cannot get by the CAPTCHA app. It does not respond to the proper input regardless of case or resetting the CAPTCHA any number of times. There seems to be no alternative method of authentication and no way to report a problem other than this. (BTW, Mantis system set up an ID easily.) | ||||
