| Description | A progress indication is desperately needed when loading sessions. As a session gets bigger and bigger it takes longer and longer to load the session. This can mean quite some time with a blank screen as after the session dialogue is used to select the session it vanishes and nothing appears again until the editor is ready to show something. I have sessions where this time can be 30 seconds or more. It's not obvious that the right thing is happening and that Ardour hasn't just crashed. |
