0003016: Resizing the big clock window is very slow when making it smaller.

Description

Resizing the big clock window is very slow when making it smaller.

The big clock window can be made larger with no problems, it obeys the mouse speed. When the size is dragged smaller, either horizontally or vertically, the windows edge moves very very slowly not obeying the mouse speed.
