| Steps To Reproduce | create enough tracks, or change the height of the tracks, so that it is possible to scroll vertically. Scroll vertically to the bottom (ie the last track) of the editor view. Move any mark on any ruler. The editor will scroll upwards. | ||||

On further investigation this only happens if the mouse is kept within the rulers whilst dragging. If you move the mouse down into the region area of the editor whilst dragging this problem doesn't happen. |
