| Description | It would be wonderful if the session would remember the positions and visibility of the different windows [like thie mixer and the route and plugin control dialogs, etc]. It would also be nice, if the session would remember if the transport bar is anchored in the main window or floating. And if it is floating it should also remember the position. I don't know though if this belongs into the session or into the general app - persistency.. | ||||

The mixer and the editor positions should be remembered. It requires that your window manager pay attention to the requests. Hopefully, this will be better when we switch to gtk2. |

ok, mixer and app pos _do_ get remembered. Just Visibility not. |

in any case, the visibility status of tracks and mixer channels should be part of the session. this does not seem to be the case now. |

Okay, the remaining complaint about track visibility is a duplicate of bug:140. So I'm going to resolve this. |
